The second phase of the community, Farm Gardens 2, is being launched by the developer. Property owners can choose a residence from a stunning collection of 256 villas with 4 and 5 bedrooms, which come with bigger living spaces, ranging from 6,395 sq. ft to 8,074 sq. ft. Villas will be offered in two styles called Horizon and Oren.

The total project of Farm Gardens by Emaar Properties is the upcoming fifth phase in The Valley, which is a self-sufficient community, located on the outskirts of Dubai. Future residents of the development which will have a farm-style twist will be able to choose a unit from 4-5 bedroom villas with living areas of either 4,950 sq. ft or 5,657 sq. ft. The total number of premium units in this phase of the community is 146. Each of the residences will boast a contemporary design and will blend elegant aesthetics with traditional country-style features. Villas will be offered in two styles called Horizon and Earth, which have both been influenced by the surrounding landscape of lush palm trees, a ghaf forest and the desert majlis.

From the floor-to-ceiling windows, residents will enjoy views of the surroundings, while a private swimming pool with a sun deck and a roof terrace will become an ideal place to relax after a long day. A provision for a lift will be available in all the units, as well as a garage and a maid’s room with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms will come with dressing rooms and private balconies.

Foreign buyers qualify for a 10-year UAE residency visa after the project completion. Visas can sponsor family members and domestic staff, and are renewable whilst owning the property.
